With respect to patient records, medical data, and pet owner information entered into the system by your practice, your clinic is the Data Controller, and VetSpace acts solely as a Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The competent supervisory authority is UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
