Welcome to VetSpace. These Terms of Service govern your use of our veterinary clinic management platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and VetSpace.

To use the platform, you must explicitly accept these Terms during registration.

VetSpace provides veterinary practice management tools including, but not limited to:

• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Patient medical record management
• Client relationship management
• Reporting and analytics tools

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of VetSpace, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain your own backups of critical data

5. Medical Disclaimer

VetSpace is strictly an IT tool for practice management. We do not provide veterinary medical services. All responsibility for diagnoses, prescribed treatments, prescriptions, and medical errors lies solely with the veterinary professional using the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of VetSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Service Availability (AS IS)

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' basis. While we strive for uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee 100% uptime (SLA) and are not liable for loss of profit due to technical downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

VetSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. In case of significant changes, we will ask you to re-accept the updated Terms.
